SOUND EFFECTS LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License grant

DIFFERENT. grants the original purchaser a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the purchased sound effects in original creative projects, subject to these terms.

You are purchasing the right to use the sounds, not ownership of the original audio files.

2. Permitted uses

You are allowed to use DIFFERENT. sound effects in personal and commercial projects, including:

• Social media videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos.
• Commercial advertisements and branded content.
• Client projects and freelance work.
• Films, trailers, documentaries, and motion graphics.
• Podcasts, livestreams, websites, games, and applications.

You may edit, trim, layer, distort, combine, and modify the sounds to fit your projects.

No additional royalties or attribution are required. You may monetize and distribute your finished projects worldwide.

3. Prohibited uses

You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell or redistribute the original sound effects.
• Share, upload, or give away the sound files to others.
• Include the sounds in another sound effects pack, sample library, or downloadable asset collection.
• Sell modified versions of the sounds as standalone audio assets.
• Make the sounds independently downloadable or extractable from your products.
• Claim ownership or exclusive copyright over the original sounds.
• Register the original sounds with YouTube Content ID or similar systems.
• Transfer your license to another person without authorization.

4. Client work & commercial projects

You may use the sounds in unlimited finished projects for yourself or your clients.

You may deliver completed projects containing DIFFERENT. sounds to your clients. However, you may not distribute the original sound library as reusable assets.

Clients who want to use the original sound files independently must purchase their own license.

5. Ownership & copyright

All original sound effects remain the intellectual property of DIFFERENT. and/or its licensors.

Purchasing a sound pack does not transfer copyright ownership.

6. Copyright claims

Commercial use is permitted under this license. However, DIFFERENT. cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will never generate automated copyright claims.

Please retain your purchase receipt and this license as proof of authorized use.

7. License termination

Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your license. If terminated, you must stop using and distributing the sounds and remove standalone copies under your control.

8. Legal terms

The sounds are provided “as is,” subject to applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
